Casting "City Under Water," a fashion film set in futuristic London, now semi-submerged by the flooded Thames. Mainly shot in a studio. Will be posted to several different social media accounts as part of a campaign. Looking for people who both fit the feel of the collection and know how to move in front of a camera.
